Always friendly and professional. He is the reason I have purchased two Altimas from this dealership. Even if I don't need to address a management issue during my visit, I usually seek out Tim just to say hi, if he isn't busy. Tim has a 'good energy' about him that attracts people and makes them know that their business is important to him! DJ is usually the one who arranges and takes care of the service on my cars. On this visit, like all the visits before, he was honest, to the point, kept me informed and provided an excellent experience. This staff shows that they care about the customer's needs and they deliver!
