Dalton was great to work with. Was told 6 month / 6,000 mile warranty, then told it wasn’t actually applicable once we had already signed the documents. Took it to Ford and they said it was stuck in an update mode for months, therefore it couldn’t have been verified as functional. Now over $2,300 into fixing this issue a was told “too bad”. More
