Samantha did not respond to my enquiry to schedule an oil change for my JEEP. But a sale rep did. Once he has made aware that I wanted to arrange for a oil change, that was the last I heard from them. The change for my JEEP. But a sale rep did. We found a great 2017 Ford Escape on their website. It was priced very competiveley! The process was seem less from the initial phone call to driving home with our new SUV, and it was very quick as well! was priced very competiveley!
