I purchased a vehicle from Daytona Hyundai in February 2025. I paid a $2,000 down payment and was told financing had been finalized. After taking delivery, I later discovered that financing had NOT been 2025. I paid a $2,000 down payment and was told financing had been finalized. After taking delivery, I later discovered that financing had NOT been completed as promised. Despite having registered the vehicle in my name through the Florida DMV, Daytona Hyundai failed to notify me that financing had fallen through. Even worse, 60 days after the purchase, they authorized a second hard credit inquiry without my knowledge or consent, damaging my credit. I have filed formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General, the DMV, the CFPB, and the FTC regarding their handling of this transaction. I do not recommend doing business with Daytona Hyundai. Be extremely cautious and double-check every detail yourself. More
