Which they couldn't get for a week or so, after Subaru ok'd the work to be performed. The communication from Matt was good. keeping me apprised of what was going on. They gave me a loaner, which, unfortunately, which I explained to him, I had to put a lot of miles on as it was a busy time of year for me and I had a lot of traveling to do. He said he understood, and there really was no alternative since they had my car. Very understanding. I give W & L high marks in taking care of their customers during and after the sale. More
