As of right now, my rating for this dealership would be very poor!!! They will and say what they can to not have to be responsible or live up to the bumper to bumper warranty on my vehicle. I have a broke very poor!!! They will and say what they can to not have to be responsible or live up to the bumper to bumper warranty on my vehicle. I have a broken lug on my truck. They say they're not responsible for. When you've purchased a vehicle from them and you bring it in for a recall or other issues you may have had with the vehicle like the heat and air conditioning not working, weather stripping around the windows coming off the track for their rear window falling down. I'm not a lie, a cheat nor am I trying to steal anything from anyone. When you bring a vehicle to them, I'm sure they have a standard checklist they go over to make sure everything is okay with your vehicle. I'm not happy with the outcome of the broken lug on my truck and you won't even cover it under the bumper to bumper warranty. That's not normal. And tear. I'm done with this dealership and I'm not going to have anything nice to say about that dealership and or even the Ford motor company!!! Their goal is to make as much money off you as they can. Not just this dealership but I'm pretty sure most dealerships out there, be at Ford Chevy Dodge. It's more a racket or scam then it is anything else! More

Unexpected charges, does not own up to mistakes. Service writer’s are either incompetent or intentionally misleading customers. Service Manager ( Belal Barakat) would not take my calls or return my Service writer’s are either incompetent or intentionally misleading customers. Service Manager ( Belal Barakat) would not take my calls or return my messages. I was charged $16.15 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS/ SUPPLIES for a tire repair.I requested new wiper blades if the new ones were identical to the original.I was assured they would be. They are a cheaper brand and now I will have to replace them with the ones that were on my vehicle.This is the latest screwup I requested my GPS be updated for my mapping and was charged $165.00 and the mapping was not updated.This is what generated the numerous calls that were not returned.
