He is not pushy and extremely patient. He follows through which is highly desirable in the sales world. I have been pleased with the comforting nature of this family business and I encourage others to take into consideration this group when seeking a Volvo. It is a few and far between experience in today's culture where haste and insincerity dicatate the current norms. The redesigned studio (too sophicated to call it a dealership anymore) is very upscale, and it becomes very apparent that you are totally ensconced in Swedish chic down to the Swedese brand sofa(Swedish brand). In the end, the car came earlier than expected but still Ben managed my expectations very well and never over-promised.
