Ben was professional and thorough from my first inquiry, test drive, negotiation and fulfillment of my needs for a new Q5. The day I was at the dealership he moved from client to client ensuring each clien test drive, negotiation and fulfillment of my needs for a new Q5. The day I was at the dealership he moved from client to client ensuring each client was attended to while the individual deals came together. My deal meant digging deep to find the right vehicle with all my wishes filled. In these trying times Ben and KW Audi under promised and over delivered when my car arrived almost 2-3 weeks early.
