Everyone was great, from the sales person to the gentleman that helped with signing the paperwork. We had a long list of cars we wanted to look at. Most of which were on the lot which made everythin gentleman that helped with signing the paperwork. We had a long list of cars we wanted to look at. Most of which were on the lot which made everything super easy. Great people and a beautiful new car (X5). No complaints at all. I highly recommend BMW of Ann Arbor. More
