They take too long on customer service for the service department. There was a lady that was my service advisor who literally waited till the last minute to get everything done. She even went on vacation department. There was a lady that was my service advisor who literally waited till the last minute to get everything done. She even went on vacation during my service and claimed my insurance never called them. I tried to call the Texan GMC over the phone and 9 times out of 10 it will be on hold and they will never answer. I don’t remember the lady’s name but I know Victor F helped me and he knew who she was. Her number I reached her at was +1 (832) 719-9138. The worst experience I ever had. She was never really there to help or give a definite answer, she leaves early avoiding confrontation when I ask about my vehicles status. More

EDIT: So, When I was there the time before last I bought the service package, which is really the only reason I returned. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning. and a tech didn't even look at it until Mo the service package, which is really the only reason I returned. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning. and a tech didn't even look at it until Monday. I feel like they have my car hostage and it's not like they offer service loaner cars like dealers used to. So, manager Greg, if you see this know I sent you an email and you can call me. Friendly enough, but oil changes take an hour and a half.... and they marked my air filter yellow, or area that needs attention. I had in fact replaced the filter with a brand new one the day before service. While this may not seem like much, and really isn't a get a manager situation, you really need to stop and ask how many people they have done this to who end up buying an over priced filter. More
