I have had an unknown issue with my truck since July when a recall was installed at another dealer. I brought my truck to Dorsch to try to help me figure it out since the other dealer was no help. Bill and R a recall was installed at another dealer. I brought my truck to Dorsch to try to help me figure it out since the other dealer was no help. Bill and Ryan have been treating me very well. Especially since the issue is intermittent and hard to troubleshoot. Their actions thus far have made me a fan of the Dorsch dealership and I will be bringing my current vehicles there for service and will be buying my next vehicles from there. Thanks guys! New van service I bought our new 2019 Transit 350 from Dorsch and have found Jason and Bill to be very helpful and available to answer questions and check out my fron I bought our new 2019 Transit 350 from Dorsch and have found Jason and Bill to be very helpful and available to answer questions and check out my front end after hitting a Deer. He and Bill checked things out and assured me the little bit of damage underneath was not a serious problem. I appreciate the honest evaluation and advice. Rick who sold us the van has been very helpful and available for questions and Steve spent a couple of hours with us when we picked up the van to explain all the new technology in it compared to my old 2001 van. I was a little worried going with a large dealer versus a smaller dealer but so far the staff here from sales to service have been very helpful and thorough. More

Oil change I went in for my scheduled oil change at 7:30 AM. My car was not looked at until after 8:00 am. I left work to get this done.
