Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with. The car shopping/buying process is always an anxious and stressful time, but Bill alleviated most of those problems for us. This was by far my best car buying experience. Bill Berlese was fantastic. From the minute we walked in we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner. I had the pleasure of working with Bill Berlese at Atlantic Chevrolet. From the moment I walked into the dealership he treated me like a member of the family. Very down to earth, friendly and very k Atlantic Chevrolet. From the moment I walked into the dealership he treated me like a member of the family. Very down to earth, friendly and very knowledgeable of current inventory. I sometimes find car shopping very stressful but in this case it was a very pleasant, stress free experience. He explained all to me in great detail and was very patient with me. I ended up with a Traverse in the Black Cherry color I was looking for and couldn’t be more pleased with it. Apparently he is also a great cook - he gave me a sample and recipe for his famous chicken meatballs -which are delicious!! Would definitely work with Bill again in the future. More
