airbag recall I would give honda a 5 star if the prices for service were more reasonable. When I was looking around Bill came over and told me how much he loved his new pilot. He showed us the new features and even said he wishes he had his Pilot with him so he could take us for a ride. He was very upbeat even at 5 o'clock. More

I gave Honda Barn the last look because of that, and they were willing to go where I wanted to with my trade in and pricing in the end. Chris was also easy to work with when all the paperwork was being put through. He didn't try to force anything on us. More

This is my second sales experience with Bill Bradley (Sales) and Chris Clickner (Finance) at Honda Barn. NO PRESSURE SALES. Transaction went as smooth as can be. Bill did an awesome of job of demonstrating all the new features of the 2016 model (I traded in my 2013 CRV). He is such a pleasure to deal with. I asked that my trailer hitch be moved from my 2013 to the new 2016/asked that my brand new 65,000 mile tires be moved from my 2013 to 2016...NO PROBLEM! Burton the Sales Manager was very professional and straightforward during negotiations. Chris had all the paperwork for our closing organized and perfect. He wasn't feeling well but still stayed late to close our purchase! THANKS CHRIS! More

I didn't want a Honda, until I came here! I was on the way to buy a Chevy Equinox and my boyfriend suggested I test drive a Honda CR-V before I made my decision. After some research, I realized 5 other nurses I work with have the crv and love it!!! Bill Bradley greeted me & I told him I only wanted to test drive but wasn't buying. He was very informative and went through everything before I drove. He was turn quiet during the ride so I wasn't distracted from all of the features. I did not feel any pressure at all. I went to Chevy & realized the crv was what I wanted. I went back later that day & bought the crv with everything I wanted fof a great price! I am more than happy and have been raving about my experience with bill and Stratham Honda barn!!! -Brittany More

Everything was low key so I was able to clearly and calmly ask questions and see the particulars of the deal. I can not say enough about the professionalism of Bill Bradly, my salesperson. From the start he was thorough, and made sure that I understood all facets of the sale. In addition, when I picked up the vehicle, he carefully explained and demonstrated all the features of my new Odyssey. For this I am extremely grateful. More

"Easy and Painless" I started in July looking for a new car (SUV) and I was interested in only 3 vehicles. So it took awhile, but I got to test drive all 3 of them before I started in July looking for a new car (SUV) and I was interested in only 3 vehicles. So it took awhile, but I got to test drive all 3 of them before September. The 2016 Honda Pilot was the last SUV I drove, and I knew that it was the best match for me. I waited a few days to make sure I wanted to spend that much money and I knew that if I wanted quality I had to buy it. I went back and meet with Bill and we started the paperwork and then just waited for the vehicle to arrived. More
