Small town dealership with great customer service This is my 2nd vehicle that I purchase from Allen Samuel's CDJ in Aransas Pass. Danny Gonzales, helped me find the right Jeep for me! He made me feel very comfortable and walked me thru the whole buying experience. The new car sales manager Santos Martinez greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. They got the deal done in a very timely manner and I was back on the road in my new Jeep Rubicon!!! I highly recommend these guys and this dealership! A+ customer service More

Beyond Good Service I had experienced a very traumatic event last year and Allen Samuels stepped in and helped me with a loner vehicle . A top of the range luxury Chrysle I had experienced a very traumatic event last year and Allen Samuels stepped in and helped me with a loner vehicle . A top of the range luxury Chrysler 300. They did it because they cared. I cannot thank them enough for their generosity in going beyond customer service and caring about me as a person in need. Without this generosity I would have been without a car and life would have been very difficult. But they stepped in and helped me through this very difficult time. So of course I was more than pleased to purchase a car from them and again they went that extra mile to find me the right vehicle at the right price, I would definitely recommend this company. They are genuinely good people and care about you as an individual. More

Trustworthy and helpful people. My wife and I were helped by Lacy. She took the time to explain our situation. She made clear what and what couldn't be done. She didn't make any false promises and she worked hard to work with what we gave her. Our situation was far from perfect and after being denied by several dealerships, Lacy found a way to get us into a vehicle without a high interest rate and at a low cost. We never felt pressured and felt like we were in control of what we wanted to do. And it's not just Lacy but the whole team at Allen Samuels treats you in a friendly yet professional manner. Bill Denton seemed like a cool guy and showed an interest in our best interest, very informative too. And Jesus Nuncio, when we finalized the paper work effectively explained the ins and outs of the agreement we were entering. Overall, I have no complaints about my experience. I can say that Allen Samuels just made a life long customer. More

Always more than polite and professional This whole experience just started with a scheduled oil change on my Jeep. I soon left with my Jeep but only after trading in an old Chevy for a new This whole experience just started with a scheduled oil change on my Jeep. I soon left with my Jeep but only after trading in an old Chevy for a new RAM. No pressure was exerted at any point! I just inquired about a year-end model with John and he answered every question I had regarding the vehicle and on getting a good deal. His knowledge of the vehicle was beyond comprehension and he had the ability to work with me to a fixed price that I felt was fair for both parties; all the time lacking any pressure. The GM is an old acquaintance and poked his head in on our discussions and gave me his nod that I was working with a dealership star. The Finance manager whom I've yet to meet was also very polite, expedited my request for extended warranties, and was never pushy on trying to sell me stuff I was not interested in. For a real pleasant experience in inquiring a new auto, no one can go wrong by visiting this dealership and it's staff! They really want satisfied customers that will feel comfortable, refer others, and come back! It all felt like the old days when businesses earned the respect of the community and it's customers. Great Mr. Holderfield went above and beyond to help me pick the vehicle I really wanted. I knew I wanted a jeep, but didn't know which model. To accomodat Mr. Holderfield went above and beyond to help me pick the vehicle I really wanted. I knew I wanted a jeep, but didn't know which model. To accomodate our schedule, Mr. Holderfield came in on his day off to show us and let us test drive some jeeps. He was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles he showed us. Once I decided what model I wanted, Mr. Holderfield went out of his way to find me the color I really wanted with all the amenities I was looking for. Mr. Holderfield also introduced us to the service team because through out the sales process we were expressing how we thought the service is just as important as the sale. Once we purchased the Jeep, Mr. Holderfield called us to ensure we were enjoying our jeep. To us, that shows we were more than just a sale to Mr. Holderfield, it shows he really cared and that it was important to him that we were happy. We are very happy with the Jeep. More

My Jeep buying experience David was a great sales representative. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. He was a very friendly person to work with, and spent many hours working with me to ensure I was going to be happy with my purchase etc...and has always been available for any questions I might have. This is the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. It was a very low key, non pressured atmosphere Everyone was very friendly, and accommodating. I think the world of Mr. Denton, he went out of his way to help me, and Esteban worked hard too. The whole crew was great there at Allen Samuels Aransas Pass, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car, truck, or jeep. The drive is not that far from Corpus Christi, and they are willing to deal with you there at Allen Samuels AP whereas not so much at the Jeep dealership in Corpus Christi. I give them an A+ all the way around ! More

2009 Mini Cooper Everything leading up to this date has also been a terrible experience with this dealership my 2009 Mini Cooper has been in this service center about Everything leading up to this date has also been a terrible experience with this dealership my 2009 Mini Cooper has been in this service center about a dozen times. I've had a clutch assembly replaced. A replacement engine has also been placed in a car I purchased at the end of January. They gave me back the car with a ticking engine. And told me they knew it was ticking they wanted to me put some normal driving miles on it to see how it reacted. After fixing the replacement engine , my check engine light came one now apparently my thermostat housing system is bad. So most recently this service center checked the code for the check engine light. Service told me I just needed a new thermostat. I was told LATER that it need a compete new housing system for the thermostat. I brought my car in at 8 am , two days after they said they would have my part. When I dropped off my car I was told it wouldn't be ready until last Friday evening maybe even Saturday morning. I insisted I need my car back Friday and that fixing a thermostat shouldn't take all day but I would have to pick it up at close of business. Around 5 I had not heard from anyone so I called. I was told the that my car still had Not been touched and no one would get to it til Tuesday morning at the earliest. I requested to talk to the service manager. Apparently they don't have one right now so I was directed to a busy GM. Once I finally got the GM on the phone he assured met vehicle would be done Saturday morning. Saturday after noon I called again to check on it to be told again it wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday. Absolutely absurd. Not toe mention the ticking engine they gave me back the time before this. Or the faulty cooling system which caused my engine to blow before that. I was in the service center three days in a row because of an oil light that was on. I was told nothing was wrong and sent on my way. My engine blew with my young son in the car. I have NO faith in this service center Although I have been told Steve xxxxx no longer works there he too was part of the problem. The only diamonds in that dealership are Danica Lindsey and another lady who I can't recall her name she anwsrs phones from time to time as a backup receptionist. Those ladies are wonderful and professional. My entire experience has been a bad one from the second day I had my vehicle and the clutch was no good. I was sold an unsafe vehicle and even after being in this service center on multiple occasion it has never been up to par for a safe car. Thank you Allen Samuels for reminding me con artist exist. Reminding me that some people are only out for themselves. We are not friends Allen Samuels and we never will be. And if I have it my way none of my friends or their friends will be your friends. More
