Bill was so helpful and so was the finance manager Gino Losi, we had a good experience before with the Jenkins family and we will not be purchasing any vehicles anywhere else. After several hours, I felt like a deer in the headlights. We were confused. This was our first time returning a leased vehicle and buying a new one financing one. There was some misunderstanding on our part which was cleared up several days later. We were sold more than we wanted. We should have been patient and ordered exactly what we wanted instead of agreeing to what was available. We learned from this experience and we love our new Honda Fit. We will continue to use Jenkins Honda for our auto needs, since we now know what to expect and how to make the correct decision. More

When car is ready someone comes to you and reviews whatever service has been done. This last visit I met Bill Gleason and had a conversation about my present 2016 car and a 2017 car. He was very informative and not at all "high powered" which made me very comfortable. He assured me that he would explain the steps in purchasing my next car and kept me calm. His follow-up has been outstanding and I feel very certain that I can drive to Jenkins and have any questions answered to my satisfaction. More

Made a bad day great When I was hanging out waiting on my buddy to join me so we could check out a few cars, this guy Bill comes over and introduced himself. It was very obvious that they all have a wonderful work environment. Our purchase was handled professionally and quickly and at no time did we feel pressured.
