Best Experience Ever! I hate shopping for cars! I always feel like I am being taken advantage of no matter what deal is finally made. HOWEVER, with this particular dealer I hate shopping for cars! I always feel like I am being taken advantage of no matter what deal is finally made. HOWEVER, with this particular dealership, I NEVER felt pressured to purchase anything that I did not want. The salesman went out of his way to find just what I was looking for without the extra items I did not need or want. We made two visits to the dealership before we purchased the new mini and always felt like we were being listened to. We were never encouraged to consider options that we said we did not want. The negotiation for price was satisfactory and never under any pressure to take the deal before someone else comes along. We were offered a fair price for our trade in according to the Blue Book price. The extended warranties were offered but never pushed. I can not say enough about the salesman, Bill Harada. He knew his product completely and let the car speak for itself! More

Casual, yet professional setting Initially I came in for a 40,000 miles service for my leased 2015. After considering options for early lease termination, the next day the crew - Bill Initially I came in for a 40,000 miles service for my leased 2015. After considering options for early lease termination, the next day the crew - Bill, Tina and Neil - arranged for me to do that and drive away in a new 2016 Countryman under a new service warranty and financial agreement. Worked with Bill Harada who I found very helpful, insightful and with an excellent sense of humor... He demonstrated empathy and patience with a couple who had different appreciation/needs regarding the purchas and with an excellent sense of humor... He demonstrated empathy and patience with a couple who had different appreciation/needs regarding the purchase of the new MINI and were working to resolve their different needs. I can only say good things about Bill. Most importantly the purchase of our MINI Clubman proved to be the best experience I have had with a car salesman (motoring advisor). It is difficult to both sale your product, but also to be sincere and respectful, Bill accomplished this blend... I will contact Bill when I have a concern about the vehicle, as the complexity of the electronic systems are a challenge. Bill made great effort to help us become comfortable with the features of the MINI and has invited us back for another "lesson,"which we will do... thanks Jim and Barb Morgan ( Please contact us if more info regarding our experience would be helpful).
