My Review of McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Mazda:
I came to Mckinney Dodge about two months ago and Chandler Sharma was my salesperson. He very patiently let me drive just about every SUV on the lot. When I didn't find what I was looking for he showed me the Mazda lot. I loved the mazdas but was hesitant to commit. I went to several other dealers and drove their vehicles but they were a little high pressure and not exactly friendly so I found myself back at Mckinney Dodge. I worked with Chandler once again, but when I first got there he was busy so Scott Scruggs stepped in and helped me. I was looking for the crossover type vehicle but then found another in the showroom that caught my eye. Scott Mckinney drove it right out of the showroom so I could drive it. I really liked it but was unsure because it , The Mazda2 was much smaller than I ever thought I would drive. Scott and Chandler answered my questions, did not pressure me and suggested I drive it again and see what I think. I drove the car to show my family, they liked it too. The more I drove the little car the more I liked it. It is cool looking, gets great gas mileage, and I get free tires for life.
I went back to Mckinney because of the service I received the first time and the pricing and value were the best I had found out there. I had three people helping me, Bill Scruggs, Chandler Sharma, and Scott Mckinney, and I really felt like it was about me finding the car I wanted and not just about the sale. These gentlemen did a great job, I enjoyed working with them, and I love my car.

I have been in manufacturing for 35 years and know what customer service is. Dealing with Lands' End, JC Penney and others, I had to maintain a level of professionalism.
McKinney exemplifies personal service, attention to detail and offers many incentives that other dealers do not have. Most dealers that I visited were sloppy, the cars were dirty, and they were totally unprepared to make a sale. This was not the case at McKinney. I hate car buying, but the experience renewed my faith in a dealership that will definitely be successful. Thanks for this survey. I rated the salesman and dealership great. We were greated when we walked it the door and the whole time we were there everyone spoke to us and was very nice. Bill Scruggs was the salesman that helped us and he did everything to make sure we did not walk away unhappy. He had a lot of information about the vehicle we were looking at and was very helpful. I would defiantley recommend him to anyone as well as the dealership.

Our family member told us that he was a very friendly, professional, and honest man, and we completely (100%) agree! Even with all the other purchases made at other dealerships in the past, this was by far the best experience! Jeep Liberty and Scott Mckinney made sure we got the best price and best financing available! Bill and Scott worked together on my best deal until they knew I was happy with price, payments,and my Jeep! Bill and Scott made the process of buying my Jeep Liberty so easy and went so fast! We were there and gone with our Jeep in no time!
