My salesperson Bill was a straight shooter. The process of buying was simple and easy to understand. Their inventory of trucks was adequate and there was zero pressure to purchase. Bill was very accommodating and personable. What held back my rating was the finance person that tried to pull the wool over my eyes when he adjusted the payment by reducing it by only $12 after giving m back my rating was the finance person that tried to pull the wool over my eyes when he adjusted the payment by reducing it by only $12 after giving me an additional $2350 in equity. I was very impressed with my salesman Bill Williamson. He was the first person on the lot and invited me in earlier then scheduled. They don’t make em like Bill anymore. Our experience at McGee was below average. Salesman used usual tactics to entice us to buy that day and I understand up selling is all part of the profit process so this was easy enough to disallow. Our phone calls to the General Manager regarding the second set of keys, that were clearly available during the test drive, miraculously disappeared on receipt of the vehicle went unanswered. A replacement key would cost a ludicrous Toyota service fee of $436 dollars. When I questioned this charge, the customer service agent in parts got all pissy and told us the sales manager would call us. Another dead end. I am happy with the car because I did my research and I am looking forward to having it maintained anywhere but Mcgee. to More
