I had great service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be recommending Kia of Franklin to my friends. Billy did everything he could to help us with the financing and to make us feel like family in I will be recommending Kia of Franklin to my friends. Billy did everything he could to help us with the financing and to make us feel like family instead of just a number. This is the first Kia that I have ever owned and so far I am very satisfied. My son only has a couple of year before he starts to drive and Kia of Franklin will be our first stop. More

My husband & I have been through some hard times financially. I was rear ended in an auto accident a year ago, and the other driver didn't have insurance. My credit suffered a lot because of physical therapy and doctor bills. We have three children. The vehicle I had was in terrible shape, to say the least. It was not really safe to drive. Billy, Tim, & Vince all went beyond and above to get us approved & in a really nice Dodge Avenger. We also hadn't realized that our insurance was already expired. They helped us get insurance on the spot so we could still drive our new car home. They were nice to our children, polite, courteous, and very friendly. We had been several other places and gotten nowhere. I didn't think we were ever going to be able to get a new car. We were truly blessed to have them to help us. More

My husband and I happened upon Universal Kia (Franklin) while headed to another dealership on a Sunday afternoon. Billy Bidwell met us while we were parking our car, and a relationship was formed in that while headed to another dealership on a Sunday afternoon. Billy Bidwell met us while we were parking our car, and a relationship was formed in that instant! Mr. Bidwell is an incredible associate/salesperson. We came looking specifically for a used Kia Sorento. There were none on the lot, but Mr. Bidwell tried to help us find another vehicle that would satisfy us. We left without purchasing a vehicle but feeling good about our interactions with Billy. Approximately 2 hours later, Mr. Bidwell called to tell us a Kia Sorento had come in and that we should come back to the dealership immediately. We ended up purchasing the car! We were in awe of him immediately thinking of us and giving us a call. We had no intentions of going back out on a Sunday afternoon but his enthusiasm was contagious. Billy was nothing but engaging, knowledgable, and extremely helpful - all without pressuring us to buy the car. He spent time with us demonstrating all of the features of the vehicle and even helped me set up my phone with the car system. He has followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and to ask if we needed additional assistance. My experience with Universal Kia was superb. We had been looking at vehicles for almost 2 weeks and I was mentally exhausted. I did not look forward to talking to another salesperson and truly just wanted this task to be over. I am so happy that we stumbled upon Universal Kia and in particular Mr. Billy Bidwell. We have been blessed! More

Went in for an oil change on my old Kia and ended up buying a new Kia. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The service department was very helpful when we arrived, and while we waited, we decided t buying a new Kia. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The service department was very helpful when we arrived, and while we waited, we decided to look at new cars. Salesman Billy Bidwell was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were able to work out a deal that day and I have no regrets and love my new Kia Optima. The entire experience was exceptional and I highly recommend Universal Kia of Franklin, TN. More

I came in 4/6/13 to meet my mom who purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger from Billy and decided to get an oil change. Billy scheduled the oil service for me, later he gave it to me free due my referral of my Dodge Avenger from Billy and decided to get an oil change. The Service Manager, (Sean) I believe (or guy who worked the drive in desk for service center on that day) was a good help, I mentioned that I wanted to buy a land range rover and he gave me his take from his personal experience with one. I decided to trade my car (kia sportage) in on 4/7/13 --Billy wasnt there, but Tracy was and he assisted my husband and myself with purchasing a new 2014 Kia Sorento. I am so happy with this service as I had recently had bad experience from my prior visit with financing of an extended warranty with this same dealership. So glad, I didnt give up on Kia Franklin as it did pay off big time. More

I've always heard the phrase, "they made me an offer I couldn't refuse," and I never really knew what that meant...until I went to Universal Kia. I started a conversation via email with Kurt...talked to Jim, one of the sales managers...my wife and I talked with Billy the first time we visited the dealership...then, Kurt, again, when we made the final decision to buy. EVERYONE there treated us well. We love the vehicle (a Sportage) and the customer-service was exceptional. In this day and age and environment, you can get a deal of some kind on every corner, but, it’s the personal service that earned my loyalty and will keep me coming back to Universal Kia. More

My experience with Universal Kia and the purchase of my 2012 Kia Forte was excellent. As far as I am concerned their customer service is far and above any other dealer I have been to. Came here to look for a new car, wasn't planning on buying today,but the salesmen were great, and made buying an easy experience. Worked with billy Bidwell and Tim blanco from the dealership and they w buying today,but the salesmen were great, and made buying an easy experience.
