I had the best experience ever at Lithia Honda. Many times when you walk into a car dealership you feel like vultures are waiting to attack you. This was so different. He me know he was there and gave m times when you walk into a car dealership you feel like vultures are waiting to attack you. This was so different. He me know he was there and gave me time to look until I had a question. Billy Day’s focus was on making me happy and he did. He took care of everything from start to finish. Even when I changed my mind he was still patient and kind. I would return to Lithia Honda for everything, especially if all the dealers were as great as Billy. More
