I recently purchased my second vehicle from Straightline Kia, and while the overall experience was positive, there were some notable shortcomings. Blair Brown, the sales representative, was extremely helpfu Kia, and while the overall experience was positive, there were some notable shortcomings. Blair Brown, the sales representative, was extremely helpful and honest throughout the process, making it a more pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed to find that the vehicle I purchased did not match the description on the dealership's website. It was supposed to have a remote starter, which was a key feature for me, but it turned out to be an error on the website. Additionally, the vehicle was missing the standard plastic engine cover and did not come with the expected basic tool set. Furthermore, there was a deep cut, about an inch long, on the dashboard, which my wife and I did not notice during the test drive. This flaw is in a visible location, just in front of the passenger's seat. On a positive note, the dealership offered a generous promotion. I hope that they continue to improve their services to match their customers' expectations. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Straightline Kia and unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. Upon closer inspection, I noticed several physical imperfections on the vehicle that were not unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. Upon closer inspection, I noticed several physical imperfections on the vehicle that were not disclosed during the sales process. Firstly, there was a noticeable bulge on the rear tire, which is concerning as it could potentially affect the safety and performance of the vehicle. Additionally, the rubber on the windshield was not properly flushed during the windshield replacement, resulting in an uneven and unprofessional appearance. Furthermore, there were deep scratches and rust on the rear door, which were not disclosed or addressed prior to the purchase. This is unacceptable as it indicates a lack of attention to detail and proper maintenance by the dealership. Another issue I encountered was that the engine was not cleaned, which is surprising considering it should have been part of the standard preparation process for a vehicle being sold. This lack of attention to cleanliness is disappointing and reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to quality. While I appreciate that Blair, the sales manager, tried to resolve the issues, the overall experience with Straight line Kia has not been satisfactory. The dealership failed to properly disclose and address these physical imperfections on the vehicle, resulting in a disappointing purchase experience. Even after I brought these to their attention, specially the rust on the door, it was still not properly fixed. While I know that this is a used vehicle, they should have informed me prior to purchase. I never had a chance to inspect this as it was all covered with dirt when I had to do the drive test. In conclusion, I am disappointed with my experience at Straight line Kia. The presence of a bulge on the tire, improperly flushed windshield rubber, noticeable scratches and rust on the rear door, and an engine that was not cleaned are all issues that should have been addressed prior to the sale. I hope that Straight line Kia takes these concerns seriously and takes appropriate measures to improve their attention to detail and customer service in the future. But, Still thankful to Blair for trying to fix this issue with his own ability. More
