A Change for the Better Originally, was bringing Husband's 2013 Prius in to address a recall. While in the service lounge area was approached by Jason Roberts. Jason politely asked my reason for being in the lounge area. Our conversation was easy and no pressure as we discussed cars and my interest in the Highlander . Jason listen, encourage and suggested a test drive w/o any hassle. Test drive was at ease as well as the conversation. No pressure. This is a complete turnaround from 2007 when my husband and I approached an Eddy's Toyota salesman in the lot inquiring about a new Camry and Prius. The sales man was rude said "take a look, the stock is pretty low" and walked away. After writing to Toyota to express our displeasure w/ the 2007 Eddy's Toyota salesman we bought our first and second of three Prius's at Emporia Motors, Emporia, KS as they seemed very glad to sell a car and work with us. Dec 2012, my husband wanted to trade in the 2007 Prius and decided to give Eddy's Toyota, Wichita a try as we live in Wichita. I refused to attend the sales attempt remembering the sales man in 2007. My husband was extremely please with visit he had with Eddy's Toyota and the ease of working a sale. He said that has certainly been a change in attitude at Eddy's Toyota. He bought a 2013 Prius. I have to agree, that the Sales and Service Center are exceptional. Both the sales and service center were busy and all still the staff were very attentive. It gets better. After agreeing to the sale, was waiting in the area for the Finance portion of the visit. Troy Werts approach a woman sitting next to me expressing that he was concern that she had been in the waiting area. She replied that she was still working an issue and was doing fine. I thought that was considerate as Troy could have easily have by passed the customer as some employee's issue. After a brief wait of 3 minutes, Troy Werts approached me, introduce himself and said it was time to discuss the financial options for purchasing the car. Troy knows his job very well, provided excellent options based on my needs and plans, provided excellent explanations and made it easy to compare and determine which options were best for me. It was all very easy and again no hard sales pitch. Amazing. Jason wrapped up the sale w/ an explanation of the car, assistance in setting up connections to my Iphone, and making sure I had all my questions answered. At no time was there a hard sale. The sale was very friendly, hassle free and low key. You would have thought I was the only customer and they had all the time in the world to speak with me. It was a great experience and I would recommend Eddy's Toyota to any one. More

Jason Roberts and Blake Silsby really worked with me on getting the deal I wanted trading in my 2012 Camry for a 2014 Camry. I went in with a number in my head and amazingly enough, they were able to get getting the deal I wanted trading in my 2012 Camry for a 2014 Camry. I went in with a number in my head and amazingly enough, they were able to get within a couple of hundred of what I had in mind, so I went for it. By the way, I still drive the 1992 Camry I bought at Eddy's in 1992. It's got 324K and still going strong. Still quiet and reliable. Toyotas are the best. More

Blake at Eddy's Toyota is one of the best sales reps to work with. No high pressure sale tactics. Down to earth guy that treats you like a person instead of just another costumer. The first sale I was so upside down on my vehicle that I got conned into buying from another dealer down the street that no one would touch it. Landon was very professional. Answered all my questions and i left feeling i knew all there is to know about the car. I would most likely go to him again if i purchase a future car and would recommend peop and i left feeling i knew all there is to know about the car. I bought a new 2013 Toyota Camry LE. My experience was very positive. I felt good about my purchase. I dealt w/ Tom Fowler and Blake. Both were very friendly and attentive to my need. Finance Dept was very easy to work with. Gave a very good rate. My impression is that if you make a reasonable offer, they will bend over backward to close the deal. More

We have purchased a total of 7 new Toyotas from Eddys over the years, and always had a good experience, however, the last 3 purchases involving Blake Silsby and then Landon Sparlin, have, BY FAR been th over the years, and always had a good experience, however, the last 3 purchases involving Blake Silsby and then Landon Sparlin, have, BY FAR been the most pleasurable. The friendliness, eagerness to please, and no-nonsense honesty was very refreshing. In our 50+ years, we have purchased MANY vehicles, from various dealers, had some BAD experiences, alot of frustration and at times been disgusted by the many sales "games" we have had to endure, and have vowed to never return to some of those dealerships. We are very happy Toyota owners, and have vowed to be forever faithful to Toyota-and especially Eddy's in Wichita. You have customers for "life" in us-should we EVER need another vehicle, you can count on seeing us on your showroom floor! First of all; Reason for Visit: Came in to find a way to create an anchor point in the front of the bed of my 2005 Toyota Tacoma so I could secure a small camper I had purchased that had anchor points in th create an anchor point in the front of the bed of my 2005 Toyota Tacoma so I could secure a small camper I had purchased that had anchor points in the front of it that would connect to anchor points in the bed of the pickup, which the 2005 Toyota did not have! Thought maybe I could find a method of using the front bed mounting bolts that I could use. Landon was outside on the West end of the Dealership, I could not find your Parts Dept., so I asked Landon for directions, he offered to walk me in and show me where it was, and asked what I needed, so I informed him what I was looking for. after talking with the parts dept. and not coming up with what I needed, Landon suggested I should take a look at one of the trucks on the lot, which had a longer 6 foot bed whereas mine was only 5 foot, and the camper was 6 foot, which still would have worked, except there was no anchor points to use. Anyhow, I test drove the new truck, handled excellent just like my old 2005, can't beat a Toyota, have two of them, a 1990 2 wheel drive, 6 cyl. also, and Landon asked me to come in and see what kind of deal we could make to get me into the new truck, I really was not in the market for a new truck, but agreed to take a look anyway out of curiosity, and informed Landon that he would have to get me a really good deal for me to consider buying. He introduced me to his supervisor, Blake, and the dealing started! I had a great time with these two, neither one tried to pressure me other than to increase the trade-in offer on my truck, and when it got to where I considered it a fair deal, I agreed to accept the deal. I now have tie down anchor points in the front end of my pickup bed, and got a new truck to surround them as well! Luv the rear view back up camera! One of the selling points that helped me make up my mind to buy, in addition to your great personnel, is the fact that I don't have to pay for services and inspections for a good while, and I get free washes whenever I want one! In the past, I would not go near a Toyota service center because you always wanted to charge an arm AND a leg to do a warranty inspection!, when I had never had to ever pay for inspections with any new car I had purchased (every two years on average) since 1966! All I had ever paid for might have been oil and filter, but no labor cost! Not until I bought my 1990 Toyota, and then the 2005 I bought used on year old! So you really need to credit Landon S. and his easy going manner in getting me into a brand new Toyota! Along with his supervisor Blake, I think they make a great team! More
