This was my second purchase from Dover Honda. The staff there is so friendly and helped me buy exactly what I wanted at the payment I could afford. Buying without stress When we were met at the door by Bob Drake to look at a car we had seen online, we knew that he would be someone that we could work with. He was friend When we were met at the door by Bob Drake to look at a car we had seen online, we knew that he would be someone that we could work with. He was friendly, courteous, and obviously knew his way around a car showroom. We also got the feeling that he wanted to sell us the car that would fit our needs, not meet a sales quota for the day (although that is probably on any successful sales person's 'to do' list). He asked us just the right questions, gave us just enough information and offered us just the right amount of time to weigh our buying options. We were test driving the car we had come to see within minutes, and then after a short wait he had our trade-in evaluated and figures for us to ponder. Bob had recognized us as buyers who had done our homework, and we realized right away that he was an experienced, knowledgeable salesperson. The deal was done! More
