When we needed a used car for our college-age son, there was only person to call - Don! So, on to the second car.... It can be daunting to pick a used car... how many miles are on it? what was it's "life" like? what does the CarFax reflect? should I get the extended warranty? and the worst... down to 2... do we pick "this" one or "that" one? Don and the Wynn team crushed it here. They answered ever question, provided honest feedback, trustworthy guidance and helped us pick the right car for our son. Wynn is a family owned business and everyone from sales to service at both Volvo and VW (we are now customers of both) make you feel like part of the family. After 12 years it was time to trade in my beloved S80, which the mecanical staff at Jim kept in top shape all those years. Naturally, I was interested in a new Volvo and chose a 2020, which was such an incredibly easy and painless experience. I had the pleasure to again work with Sandy Bealer, who was so very patient in explaining all the new technology in my S60. The trade in was very fair, and the financial aspects were carefully explain ed to me - - most satisfactorily. I am a retired public school administrator, and have been a Jim Wynn customer fo 17+ years. THEY are the BEST!!!! More

I looked at all of Volvo's major competitors and several Volvo dealerships before settling on the S90 I bought at Wynn's. Bob Ettenger was friendly and efficient while processing the paperwork for the sale itself.
