From past experience with other dealerships, I had been expecting some assistance in service, but Bob was over the top to be sure I was taken care of; the job was well done and I was more than satidfied sa expecting some assistance in service, but Bob was over the top to be sure I was taken care of; the job was well done and I was more than satidfied satisfied. I have to say although I live quite a distance to get service there; I would and will return for my future auto purchases. They are The Best! More

We have purchased many cars from Klick Lewis and have always been very pleased with their sales and service departments. I am especially grateful that I can get a "loaner" car when my vehicle is in for always been very pleased with their sales and service departments. I am especially grateful that I can get a "loaner" car when my vehicle is in for service. A few weeks ago their service department was very helpful when I was out of town on business and experienced sudden car problems. Since it was a Saturday I was not surprised that I got no answer when I phoned for assistance. Someone immediately noticed on caller ID that I had phoned and promptly returned my call even though I did not leave a voice mail. Service of this nature is thoroughly appreciated. More
