I just recently bought 06 ACURA RSX, the car I've been looking for years, when I first got there I couldn't believe all the great cars they had, when I saw the car I was looking for i knew i had to c been looking for years, when I first got there I couldn't believe all the great cars they had, when I saw the car I was looking for i knew i had to check it out...the price was good for the milage for the car and the stuff included in the car such as dvd/cd player with a reverse camera in the back...I went and talked to Chad he was very polite and wanted to do bussiness with me just because how bad i want this car...I told him i would come back the next day to check and test drive the car, i told him if he could hold the car for me so i could come the next n try to get the car, and he said yeah and he did just that...i drove the car and i was very pleased so i talked with Chad what i needed to do in order to make this car mine..i barely had any credit n my co signers didnt work..Bob told me that Chad wont stop till there is nothing left in order to get this car for me...and Chad just did that for me, he tried,tried,tried and it was SUCCESS!...it was tottaly worth waiting for...this place really wants you to get the car if you really want it unlike some other dealerships where they just look n see if they can help if not they dont care..but not like this place, this place tried tried and tried because they knew how bad i want this car...THANKS CHAD AND BOB for everything it was something amazing happened when i got this car..even got my mom tearing up when everything worked out for us...all i can say is Thank you! More

My name is Leo McCaskill, I called about a 2000 Buick Lesabre Limited. It had 67,000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. When I called Bob I did not have the money for the car. I explained to him that I would have the money in about 3 weeks. He was straight forward and very understanding he assured me that he would hold the car for me and he did. I took him the money a few weeks later and now I am a proud owner of the car! I am very happy and will be taking family and friends back to see Bob and his family to purchase vehicles of their own. The folks at Auto Direct were great. We were made to feel at home the moment we walked onto the lot- with a "hi, thanks for coming". No pressure. Very helpful, honest, and down to earth organization. It's scary to buy a used car; so much could go wrong. We were impressed by the good reviews of Auto Direct and made it our first stop after checking car fax on about 8 Subaru Outbacks. There was a mix up with the dealer over which car we were interested in and it had work done to the radio since the ad on the internet was placed so its price was higher than advertised. The car seemed to basically be in good condition with low mileage and Bob, the owner, offered to split the cost of the new radio. We decided to buy it. It had a current Jersey inspection which is not rigorous and we live in PA. Bob pointed out that a PA inspection could well uncover problems of which they were unaware. He stated that, within reason, Auto Direct sometimes helped pay for such conditions. PA inspection did uncover some issues--a tie rod and front axles. I called when I had an estimate and suggested that, just as we split the cost of the new radio, we split the cost of the axles and tie rod. Bob agreed, and there was no argument; he just agreed and sent a check. We knew that they were friendly, if somewhat chaotic, and had two charming Maltese mascot dogs in the office, but we didn't really know if their stories of customer service were true or a line. two years in ago 2011 i set out to buy a used car for my son i went to several dealers each one i learned something,some i found out they would tell you anything just to get you to buy a car. after going son i went to several dealers each one i learned something,some i found out they would tell you anything just to get you to buy a car. after going to dearships by foot and by car using lots of gas i went home. i saw a commerical about auto trader decided to use it i came across a used car dealship named auto direct cars LLC.com in delran nj. i had been told by many people that the further you go out the better you can find a good deal and a good car. Since i was not willing to travel no further then nj i set out to go to this place. what appealed to me about this place was #1 the prices were very good and#2 98% of the cars have low mileage. when i got there first thing i notice you were allowed to walk around freely without the pressure of a salesman 2nd thing i noticed you were allowed to go inside and outside of the cars this was very appealing to me i came across a 2003 ford taurus. I then went in search of a salesman i came across a person by the name of bob armed with my questions and all the knowledge that i had learned from the other dealerships and by the way i went to a total of 8 i started asking bob things. I was there for 2and1/2 hours bob stayed with me the entire time not leaving me for another customer.I might also add that i was not the nicest customer but bob the constant professional was kind, courteous, patient. his demeanor never waivered i knew i was in the right place to find and buy a car.i would reccomend this dealership auto direct cars LLC to anyone. they also help you to get financing. Oh because i had such a good experience i went back again in Feb. 2013 and purchased another car this time for myself. Thanks Bob and Chad for all your help More

My experience with this dealership was a relatively good one. A couple bumps in the road I'd like to think were unique to my experience prevented from giving Auto Direct a perfect score, however this would one. We had pleasant experience trade in my toyota rav4 for a 2011 Hyundai sonata ! Bob and chad were very friendly, helpful, and make us feel comfortable. I was in the market to replace my current pickup with something newer. Being a local resident, I was familiar with the location of this dealer and their website. On Monday February 4, 2013 I was killing something newer. Being a local resident, I was familiar with the location of this dealer and their website. On Monday February 4, 2013 I was killing time and browsing their inventory on their website when I came across a 2004 Ford F-150 4x4. The vehicle appeared to be in excellent condition at a great price so I drove to the dealer for a closer look. The vehicle was in the detail shop when I arrived, because it was a new arrival. Mike walked me into the detail shop so I could check out the truck up close. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had while I was inspecting the vehicle. I walked into the sales office and met with Bob and Chad who greeted me with a smile and handshake. I told them how I was interested in the vehicle and asked if they would mind if my mechanic (who happened to be located just down the street) could take a look at it before we sat down to talk. Bob had no objection in my request and they even dropped the vehicle off and picked it up from my mechanic themselves! My mechanic had nothing bad to say about the truck and even told me the price was a great deal. The next day i returned to Auto Direct and spoke with Bob and Chad again. As always they were very friendly when I walked in the door. Another customer was also inside the sales office purchasing her second vehicle from Auto Direct and spoke very highly of the customer service and condition of the vehicles which was reassuring. Chad told me they had 7 people inquire about the same vehicle since I had seen them last. I told Bob I would like to purchase the vehicle and would come back the next day to finalize things. I asked Bob if I should leave a deposit so no one could buy the vehicle from under me and he said not to worry he would not let someone purchase it before I did. Now that is customer service!! Wednesday morning I picked up the truck and signed the papers and the shop staff had fixed some minor things before I came in that day. Chad got me great financing, and was always ready to answer any question or explain things in detail before the papers were signed. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the way I was treated at Auto Direct. These guys know how to treat their customers! I would recommend them to anyone! More

I am from Michigan; 5 hrs north of Detroit. I was so skeptical doing this. I found a car to buy; it just happened to be in New Jersey. So I was faced with either driving another car all the way out the skeptical doing this. I found a car to buy; it just happened to be in New Jersey. So I was faced with either driving another car all the way out there or fly there and drive back. Both option were a very high risk. I talked to Bob for 2 weeks. But still couldn't comit to doing this so far apart. I looked at cars closer to me, but always found myself coming back to the car in New Jersey. I started to have a more of seroius talk with Bob about the car. Come to find out, Bob was just as nervous as I was. He didn't want me disappointed. Didn't want the car to be something it wasn't for me. He offered to take further pictures and videos showing any part of the car I wanted to see. He then offered another source to come look at the car. A third party source ... Well in 2013, you just don't meet companies like AUTO DIRECT CARS that are honest business men. We ended up flying out there and AUTO DIRECT CARS did something that showed me they didn't have anything to hide. They met me at the air port. Picked me up in the car I was buying. The car was better then the pictures showed. We met with Chad. A professional business man! He was willing to spend the whole day with me. However, the whole process took 53 min and I was driving back to Michigan - very very happy! I bought the car for my wife, so this was a big win for me. I feel it was made to be so easy because Bob and Chad were shooting so straight with me. I never had one surprize. They had prepared me for everything I needed! They gave me answer to questions that I didn't even think to ask. Even though I am from Michigan and I am in automotive I should be able to find what I am looking for from here. But I know I will never deal with people like Bob and Chad. My next purchase will be from them. More

What a breath of fresh air is Autodirect. Bob and Chad are the greatest guys and helped me out quickly with my transportation issue. I drove 8 cars on a late cold Saturday afternoon and finally fell in love with the one I wanted to buy. Their trade in value was very good for my vehicle, and I was processed in a half hour once I decided on the car that I wanted. I didn't have to compromise and was able to go for a little more car than I anticipated. I am completely satisfied with these guys. I think if Bob and Chad didn't take good care of me, Dad might give them "what for". It's like buying from a good trusted friend. Their prices are a little under book value as well. I don't remember the lot guy's name, but he ran around with me to make sure I had keys to every car I wanted to look at. Bob even went out while Chad was handling my paperwork and waxed my car and made sure that it was spruced up for me to drive away. He even offered a detail job every year that I own the vehicle.
