Had an electrical problem that is extremely hard to resolve when that problem doesn’t present itself at the time of examination and of course it didn’t. The Courtesy service mechanics did everything po resolve when that problem doesn’t present itself at the time of examination and of course it didn’t. The Courtesy service mechanics did everything possible to isolate the issue but after three days couldn’t get the car to duplicate the issue therefore they said that I should take the car and wait for the electrical issue to show back up again and then they will try again to fix it. Bob and the whole crew were great to work with. Bob I enjoyed in working with you on this matter and your professionalism. Ernie Coker More

Had issues at the start of the experience with Montana as a Service Advisor but Mark stepped in and directed me to Bob. The experience was night and day. His communication throughout the process was tremendo a Service Advisor but Mark stepped in and directed me to Bob. The experience was night and day. His communication throughout the process was tremendous and allowed me to pick up the car as needed to meet my schedule. He communicated to me the issues as they found them and adapted for my schedule. Thank you Mark and Bob for fixing my initial experience and retaining a customer! More
