My Review of Courtesy Chevrolet:
I was in the market for a new Tahoe LTZ Package and was doing the normal browsing on the web for the best price I could find. I submitted my inquiry to a few dealerships (one being Courtesy Chevrolet). Within the first half hour, I received a response from a Mr. Robert Biggs. Not only did the email consist of everything I was looking for, but it also answered every question within the first email. After my response to Mr Biggs, I received a phone call and setup an appointment to look at the vehicle in person. Not only did Mr. biggs have great knowledge of the vehicle, but his professionalism made me at ease to ask the questions that I needed. At the end of the day, I decided to purchase. Mr. Biggs also informed me of the current incentives that were occurring (presidents day sale) and with that he managed to actually save me some money. I was very satisfied with Courtesy Chevrolet and have already recommended the dealership to my brother who is currently in the market and actually purchased from Courtesy as well. Thank you Courtesy!

My Review of Courtesy Chevrolet:
My experience at Courtesy Chevrolet was the best experience i've ever had with a Dealership. First off, i'm very skeptical when it comes time to buy a vehicle due to the fact that the salesmen are usually pushy and always looking to get make an extra buck. My salesman was by a gentleman named Kelly Williams. His presence and knowledge of the new 2009 Chevrolet Traverse was of the utmost. He was very kind to my needs and the rates I was looking to get myself into. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, I was introduced to Justin True the sales manager at Courtesy. He was very knowledgeable and very understanding of my needs. I left Courtesy very satisfied and frankly happy. Courtesy proved to me that there is still good old fashioned people who care about you and not making a simple sale.

My Review of Courtesy Chevrolet:
I moved to Phoenix from Albuquerque or a new job and wanted to get a new car. I did my research online and decided to go with the 2007 Chevy HHR because of its value. Ater submitting inquiries through Chevrolet.com to at least 6 dealerships in the Phoenix Valley, Courtesy Chevrolet was the only dealer that answered all my questions, including my request or their best price right up front. Dave responded to all my emails promptly and picked an HHR or me which was exactly what I was looking or. When I went to the dealership there were no surprises. They gave me exactly what Dave had estimated as the value o my 2003 Nissan, and the whole thing took less than 90 minute. I love my new HHR and I am happy with the way Dave Blankinship and Courtesy Chevrolet treated me.

My Review of Courtesy Chevrolet:
Purchased a used vehicle. Vehicle had been in an accident and had major engine damage. Dealership pretended not to know that this was the case even though they were the titled owners of vehicle since Sept. 2002. I have asked for another vehicle but they won't hear of it. Now we will let the AG decide.

My Review of Courtesy Chevrolet:
The GM of this dealership was extremely rude to me. I returned my leased vehicle to them with no damage on it. Come to find out there's almost $400 in damage to my vehicle when it was inspected. Something happened on their lot and they wouldn't take responsibility for it. I was told by him that the car was my responsibility on his lot and I had to pay the damages. He was so mean and yelling at me that I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I reported him to Chevrolet.

My Review of Courtesy Chevrolet:
salesman kept answering cell phone and ignoring me. I told them up front I was not trading in my vehicle under any circumstance, and then the salesman kept trying to force me to trade it in. I will never disgrace my feet walking into that dealership again.
