I found my experience at Courtesy Chevrolet and my time with their sales representative to be a very positive experience. I was approached in a professional manner and was assisted through feedback as to what car might work best for what I do. I knew after 30 minutes of speaking with Vincente Gonzales that I wanted to buy a car from him. Very relaxed and professional and if he didn't have the answer, he said so and informed me when he did. We drove 3 trucks with one being on the display track in front of the dealership but there was no problem getting t down for me to test drive.

While on the property everyone that walked by me that worked for Courtesy greeted me or asked if I would like a bottle of water. Simply positive and professional and I had the feeling that it was. while filing out my paperwork and sitting in the lobby, my observations where of the same nature. I had planned to visit at least 3 chevy dealerships. Vincente kept me here. Thank you for nice purchase experience and your help on an issue after I had purchased the truck.

I decided to buy my new car through Courtesy Chevy because of Anthony's help with the internet sale. I used my USAA car buying option and he was VERY helpful during the whole process. At no point during my experience did I feel pressured to choose something else which was more expensive. Anthony was persistent in finding the Spark I chose and arranged for a dealer transfer because what I wanted was not available in the Phoenix area. The other staff at Courtesy was friendly and mad my experience a good one...I would recommend Anthiny to anyone I knew interested in buying a new car.

My wife and i worked with Ivan on getting us a new car and he was very helpful. Ivan is the best salesman ive met. He wont pressure you into buying a car that is above your budget or a car that you dont like, he will find a car that best fits you. It was a great buying experience and i would recommend Ivan from Courtesy Chevrolet to friends and family. I will definitely buy another car in the future from him and Courtesy Chevrolet.

I had just left the dealership about 10 miles down the road ran over a giant piece of metal which punctured my right rear tire. Called Tim Jackson in the service area even though it was close to closing time he advised me to drive back and within 10 minutes my spare was on the back and I was ready to go. They got me in and out in under 10 minutes and back on the road to go home to my family can't say enough about Tim and the service technician that helped me today you guys will always be five stars in my mind thank you again.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. In the past I haven't had good experiences, to the point that I would of just rather take public transportation. I was very reluctant to go into another dealership. I walk on the lot and Enrique got right to business. Of course I did my homework prior to going in. I went online and search for Couresty Chev's web specials and saw great deals, and wrote the car stock numbers I was interested. Enrique had a lot of patience, and trust me anyone who can tolerate my mother (co-signer) can work with anyone! Thanks Enrique!! You Rock!!

We got in touch with Courtesy through USAA car buying service. They contacted me immediately and we worked with them at the Big Chevy Tent Sale at the Stadium. When they didn't have exactly what we wanted, Anthony located one quickly and helped us pick all the options to make our truck EXACTLY what we were looking for, WE LOVE it! Excellant Customer Service, also Chris Tilden the parts manager was awsome in working with us to pick out tires and bed covers and putting it all together. Having a chance to build the car exactly how we wanted it was great and we could not be happier with the Truck.

Steve Rimer was an excellent salesman to work with. He guided us to the right vehicle to fit our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the car, inventory, and working with our Internet Pricing. We never once felt pressured or rushed to buy the car. He spent a lot of time with us and made sure everything went smoothly with the purchase. It was probably the best experience we ever had buying a new car! Also, Glenn Keeten, the Finance Manager at Courtesy was great to work with. He was very patient with us as we had to sign many forms for the registration, etc. Everything was done for us at the dealership and all we had to do was drive away our new car!

My experience with Courtesy/Tony Lee, was professional and friendly from the initial phone contact to and throughout the process of purchasing a Traverse. I had done a great deal of research, so I came in with numbers, I felt was fair and was able to get a Traverse and trade my Tahoe in at just the numbers I had anticipated, in a simple direct format. A refreshing experience, one that I may just trade vehicles more frequently.
