I had a wonderful experience buying my truck from here! Emile let me look at my leisure and be as picky as I wanted. And then made me very comfortable with the negotion part. As a women I appreciate not having to be afraid that I'm being taken advantage of. Then Mike made sure to explain every button, bell and whistle. And answer all my numerous questions. Again never making me feel silly about asking. Then Bob made the signing of the paper work easy, no muss no fuss. This is the second time we have bought a vehicle from here. And again we walked out very happy customers!

Definitely the best and least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. Doug Clever is awesome. Went above and beyond-even
coming to my house when I had questions about the loaner car I was given for test drive. Big purchases always stress me out but I felt
at ease and not pressured during the entire process. Doug found the exact car I wanted with all of the options I wanted and went out
of his way to personally go and drive it back from another dealership. Barry and Bob were great too. Barry was my first contact when I
walked thru the door and set my mind at ease after I told him about past negative car buying experiences and Bob made the financing
process a breeze. A great experience all the way around. Would recommend Paul Cerame and it's employees to anyone interested in

Leading up to my purchase I was not sure if I wanted a new or used car. The sales team at Paul Cerame guided me along the way until we landed on a New 2013 Ford Fusion. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. When I made my decision to get the Fusion, it took them just a few minutes to prepare the paperwork. Chuck Lawless has been my "salesman for life" through multiple purchases and always offers excellent service. Paul Cerame Ford was the easiest dealership that I have ever dealt with in the 30+ years that I have been buying cars.
