My third vehicle from this dealer over the past 20 years and my second transaction with Mr. Tucker. I did my homework and went in with my purchase price in mind. I was able to work with Mr. Tucker to achieve that price. He was able to answer most of my questions and walked me to meet the service advisor who answered those questions that he could not. For those first time Toyota buyers you need to be aware of the Toyota Dealers Advertising fee or TDA. This is an added 1-2% fee that the online invoice prices don't add in. Overall, I am pleased with this experience and would recommend Olathe Toyota and Bob Tucker to both first time buyers and experienced buyers. More

This was absolutely the easiest car I have ever purchased. My daughter helped me and we did something really new to me by researching online and then submitting an offer online. From the time we submitted my offer the Olathe dealership was phenomenal! They found two options for me one of which was lower cost than what I offered for a nicer package on the Camry Hybrid!! From the salesman to Kim who taught us how to use the smart car stuff to the finance man to the service department who serviced my older Camry while we purchased my new one to the GM who made several stops to check on us throughout the process. What a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend this dealership and all the great people who worked to get me into my new Camry Hybrid!! More
