Recently, I bought the 2013 Jeep Freedom Edition Unlimited Wrangler from Falls

.... from the initial handshake to my first service appointment, these folks just keep impressing me!

Bill Foster was my salesman and instantly greeted us once we were on the lot - through the entire process he was helpful and worked hard to get me a great trade in price on my car. I drove away with exactly what I was hoping for, an incredible new car and a affordable monthly payment.

The service and financial team there are equally as good.

Bobby Cruse handled all my paperwork and even transferred my plates!!! - That's right - NO trip to the DMV!!

Then ... Today (a month later) most of the dealership even played along with my parent's so they could surpirse me with a new soft-top as an early B-Day present. ... Andria Allgood and Mike Long in the service department were fantastic. Even when we realized I had no way to get part of my hardtop home, it was not a problem for the Falls team - they just said to call and they would coordinate a time to drop it by my house!!

Like I said - Falls Motor City keeps on impressing me!

And to all my fellow LADIES out there - this is THE dealership to go to!!!
No greasy salesman with high pressure egos here .... just truly nice people.

I will go back to this dealership for my next car! Very satisfied with the experience! I hated spending my time sitting at dealerships - was always wasting my time - till I met Scott & Bobby - in and out with a car that I wanted without spending the entire day waiting! AWESOME JOB GUYS!

I bought my truck over the phone with falls motors from out of state. Bobby helped get me the lowest possible interest rate and pricing. He simply asked where id like to be payment wise and he came in with lower interest and a all round better deal then i could have found anywhere else. Not only did i get great pricing Bobby was quick to call me back with answered questions. Thank you for all the stress help.

Great price other dealers said they could not come close to their internet price drove from Dayton area. Easy to deal with no hoops to jump through. Car was clean and ready to go for us when we arrived.

I went to Falls Motor City just to get an idea of what I needed to get my self into a new Jeep Patriot. Little did I know that I had everything I needed when I drove onto their lot. I was approached by Karen and she simply asked "What are you looking for" I told her a Jeep Patriot. She than asked if I have ever even driven one I said no. Went for the test drive and loved everything about the Patriot. She never pressured me about buying the vehicle at all. When we returned they looked at the truck I would be trading in and gave me a very FAIR trade in value for it. She did everything in her power to get me the most money for my truck. After checking my credit and getting approved I was than moved to Mr. Cruse who was able to get me to get an extended warranty for only an extra 10 dollars a month which still kept my payment under what I wanted it to be. Both Karen Shapuite and Bobby Cruse were very helpful and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I would recommend Falls Motor City to anyone. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! I was driving off the lot with my new Jeep Patriot with a payment under what I wanted to pay w/an extended warranty included in under 2 hours. Not to mention free car washes and 2 free oil changes. Awesome experience. Needless to say Falls Motor City has met and surpassed all expectations. I will return to Falls Motor City when I am in need of another new or used vehicle.

Both Franco and Bobby were excellent in doing whatever they could to get me into my Jeep Patriot. My credit was not easy to work with but Bobby got the job done. I am very pleased with the outcome. I love my Jeep Patriot! Thank you so very much for doing an excellent job!

My wife and I had a great experence with John in 2006 with the purchase of a new Neon. So when this car (2010 Focus) popped up in our search on Autotrader we were exited to call to find out if John was still there. The car was for my wife's sister. John worked out a great deal and made our day enjoyable. Hope we can work with John again in the future. Bobby was a pleasure to deal with too.

I was in a unique situation. Franco actually drove 2 hrs to pick me up. He had picked out and matched the perfect car for me and my fiancee'(actually my fiancee' is set on buying a Chrysler 300 from Falls Motor City this summer), so I didn't even want to look at another car. Franco and Joe knew each other when they were young, but Joe was impressed seeing such a professional side of Franco now. Joe as a Masters in Finance, was astounded by the speed and ease of the transaction with Bobby Cruse in the finance dept at Falls Motor City. I love my new car and could not be happier!

Franco did everything in his power to get me the car i wanted! He did a great job and knew all of the answers to my questions. He got me exactly what i wanted and i am VERY happy with my new use car!!!
