Replacement of headlight I was greeted cheerfully at the Service Desk by Bobby Eskey and asked how I could be helped. I explained that the passenger headlight went out on my n I was greeted cheerfully at the Service Desk by Bobby Eskey and asked how I could be helped. I explained that the passenger headlight went out on my new Ford Fiesta. The Service representative asked all the necessary questions to properly assess and correct the situation. Another representative came out to tell me that they would have to get the replacement bulb from another location and that it would be ready in 10 minutes. The staff was quick, professional, and apologetic for the "bad bulb". More
