Came in for oil change yesterday , told Ashley they we had seen oil on drive way check it out please. Arrived 7:50 left at 10:45. Ashley took me over to pay then says that oil is coming from Valve cover!! had seen oil on drive way check it out please. Arrived 7:50 left at 10:45. Set up an appt at 1 pm. While sitting in the waiting area the lady came by and told me they were barely starting on my vehicle; it was 3 o'clock. One lady later came in after me and they finished her vehicl the lady came by and told me they were barely starting on my vehicle; it was 3 o'clock. One lady later came in after me and they finished her vehicle that needed- oil change , wheel alignment and two recalls fixed. She leaves and I'm was still waiting for mine. I leave around 5 Whats the purpose of setting up an appointment? I dont know the person that worked on my vehicle, but bc this survey doesn't let me complete it until I click on people.
