You are not just getting a car, but also a second family!!!! This was the first new car buying experience as the purchaser which can be a overwhelming experience. But Brad Lunar and James Reinart helped make sure I got the car I wanted and they both went above and beyond to ensure it. I never felt pressured to get anything I didn't want or that I had to sign right then and there. I checked out quite a few other dealerships (even another Subaru), but none compared to Ganley Subaru East. Before my recent purchase of 2017 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium with Eysight technology (this is the best investment I ever made), I dreaded having to take my car in for service. However, this is no longer an issue at Ganley Subaru East dealership. I have not met a person yet who has not made feel welcomed and like I just gained a second family on top of a new car. Even after I received my car, Brad would check in with me to make sure I didn't have any questions or problems with the car. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to buy from Ganley Subaru East!!!! More

The people are all courteous and professional, yet super FRIENDLY. The salesman I had the pleasure of buying from was Brad Lunar. Brad does not sell cars - he custom fits a car to an individual! He is able to do this because he takes the time to get to know you and truly listens to what you want and can afford. There was no pressure at all. NONE! He is in contact with you before the purchase, and also after, so that thre are no problems.. He drives the cars that he sells and is very thorough in all facets of your car buying experience. I highly recommend Ganley Subaru East and Brad Lunar. More

Brad Lunar was great to work with - so cheerful, e Almost two weeks into my Subaru leasing experience, everything seems to be cruising along smoothly. Brad Lunar was great to work with - so cheerful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He knows I'm a bit daunted by all the technology features on my new 2017 Subaru Legacy (my last car did not even have bluetooth capability) and he has offered to be my ongoing IT consultant as questions may arise. So far, I am happy to report, I am managing on my own fairly well. Sean Marn in finance made document signing as easy and efficient as possible, which I greatly appreciated. I was really struck but how amazingly clean the dealership is, particularly in the service area. I felt I could drop something on the floor and still safely eat it even after a little more than 10 seconds had elapsed. I look forward to revisiting this dealership many times in the future as I continue to grow into my Subaru family experience. More

I did not know Brad previously but my experience in buying a car from him was nothing less than outstanding. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the car. Most importantly he was focused on the customer and what the customer wanted. I would not hesitate to lease another vehicle from Brad and the Ganley dealership.
