I have used this dealer in the past and have had no issues, but this last experience will definitely be the last. My family decided that our current vehicle no longer suited our need and it was time to move into a full size suv, we went in to Imperial because it is local and have bought previous vehicles from them. Upon arrival we were met by a very helpful salesman, Sam who spent a long time showing us every vehicle on the lot and letting us test drive a few. We ended up finding one and purchased and went home with it that day. When we arrived home we discovered the 3rd brake light was out and it is a separate LED unit, not like the usually bulb replacements and contacted the dealer the next day, they had my wife come down and said they would take it right in, 3 hours later the car was done... A couple weeks later we had some hot weather and to our surprise the AC did not work... called again and more if the same made us wait a few days and drop off... We picked the vehicle up and 2 days later the transmission started grinding and almost stalling. I emailed the Salesman, Sales manager and location general manager and zero response.... I decided to go into the location and that's when things really got bad. I met with Brad Mancini not sure what he does there other than act like a big shot, who informed me that he will call me in a few days when they have a dealer plate so I could drop my car off and let "someone who knows what they are doing diagnose the car". It being a safety issue I thought it would be a priority, but it was not. I went back in again and said if you can't get it fixed in a reasonable time maybe we could just trade it back and get a different vehicle there. We spent time going through the lot again with Sam and it was the same vehicles we already saw and test drove and just decided to talk with the service adviser and get the vehicle fixed. At that time Brad once again intervened with his better than all attitude and asked how much I paid, and I said what I thought was the final sale price he insultingly said "pshh no way you paid that for this vehicle, you would have just bought a new one if you could afford that" at that time I was ready to leave and again was berated by Brad Mancini when trying to leave. I stated I didn't feel like he had concern for me or my families safety, he said he was "insulted" and also yelled "what the xxxx would you like me to do?" in front of my 4 year old son. I tried to leave and Brad Mancini stated he is going to record me if I tried to leave and wanted to take me keys...Luckily Sam intervened and was able to get Brad away from me and my family and we came to an agreement to get my vehicle into service to get fixed. The situation was resolved and Brad once again came out with a hand full of keys and threw them at Sam and myself and stated "here is every vehicle on the lot that's with in your price range" and stormed off. Needless to say Brad Mancini is a horrible attribute for your company and ultimately is the reason you lost a customer. More

Bought a car Outright off the light was told I had to wait a couple days for the title. I ended up letting them do the state inspection and it failed and gave me the safety rejection sector and they allo wait a couple days for the title. It took three months for them to finally put a passing sticker on. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for a brand new battery that was supposed to be under warranty but it was out of date. I’ve also had to change two tires already and I find out that the tires are five years old but good trade I’ve also had to change two tires already and I find out that the tires are five years old but good tread to pull off the new tire. My car had cigarette butts hanging around all over the dashboard and floor From the mechanic that was fixing it with them knowing I was going to be returning with my newborn child fresh from the hospital to pick up my car. My car was also rummage through because I found personal information that I had in the trunk in the front seat in my game system was actually neatly put on the sea with a new game in it. I’m going to for the fifth time go in person and see what they are going to do for this unnecessary and very frustrating situation‘s. I paid for the car outright and when I test drove it everything was perfectly fine but now that I think that since I didn’t finance it they took out a lot of parts and replaced it. So far they have reimbursed me for one of the tires but not the other one or the battery yet. And I don’t know how they are even able to re-compensate me for the fact that they were smoking in my vehicle with everybody in that department including Sales knowing I was going to pick up my baby that was actually in labor but they still made me come in to finally and I mean finally after three months try to pass my state inspection. If it was me that were smoking in their rental car I would’ve been fined and all that good stuff but when it’s a customers car… I just took a loss more than a smoking fine for smoking in a rental I just lost value in my vehicle cause toxic air for my child that was just born and have a smoking smell that I’m still trying to get rid of. More
