Service Error My vehicle battery died one month after the service department did not recommend an upgrade at my last service appointment. Needed to get jumped and a My vehicle battery died one month after the service department did not recommend an upgrade at my last service appointment. Needed to get jumped and a brand new battery put in. 2 weeks later the brand new battery failed and needed a replacement. Wasn't until I was checking out that the service rep told me that at anyone of the last 3 appointments I had in the last month and a half that I should have done my "big" 60,000 mile service and tune up. That is just poor customer service to daily to mention the battery or the major service to a customer who has been in repeatedly. More
