My review for Matt in regards to professionalism and courtesy— 10/10. My review for PBK— definitely could use improvements in terms of lessening the pressure and not dismissing customers because u d courtesy— 10/10. Travis Pitts was fantastic! He went out of his way to help us with our car buying decision. He was extremely knowledgeable of the two models we looked at - Sorento & the Telluride. We decided on the Tell help us with our car buying decision. He was extremely knowledgeable of the two models we looked at - Sorento & the Telluride. We decided on the Telluride. All the way thru the purchasing process he continued to provide insight. After the completion of the deal he spent an extraordinary amount of time showing us how to set up and use the electronic features. Travis was the reason we went with West Palm Kia. We visited two other dealerships but we got the best deal at West Palm Kia. And Travis made the process easy. He's the best! More
