Very disappointing experience. I purchased a bed cover as part of a sale, but it was not in stock at the time. The dealer agreed to order it and call me when it arrived so I cou I purchased a bed cover as part of a sale, but it was not in stock at the time. The dealer agreed to order it and call me when it arrived so I could return for installation. When the cover came in, I was surprised to learn that the salesperson—who admitted he had never installed one before—was the only person available to do the installation. Only after the cover arrived did he inform me that other departments at Koons Annapolis would not install it because I hadn’t paid for installation. At no point during the sale was I told I’d need to arrange and pay separately for installation, or that an untrained salesperson would be the one installing it. That’s not something a typical customer would expect—especially when the dealership has trained technicians on site. I explained my concerns to Brandon, but he offered no alternative other than installing it himself. Now I’m left with a bed cover that I must pay to have professionally installed elsewhere, costing several hundred more dollars. I would not recommend trusting this sales team More

I mean they were okay. I went in there to get my break pads fixed. They said they fixed them but now my breaks screech. It’s awful. I’m going somewhere else next time. Largely, nothing but inconvenience from Koons. They did find me a truck, but didn't tell me that it had more than 500 miles on it. It was delivered with wheel locks but no socket to unlock them They did find me a truck, but didn't tell me that it had more than 500 miles on it. It was delivered with wheel locks but no socket to unlock them. I have been trying for over a week to have them address this. Also there was a console safe and digital door lock, but no instructions on how to open and change them. I have been trying to get this addressed also for over a week. Horrible followup on this purchase. I wouldn't do it again. More
