Outstanding service! I have bought two cars from this dealership and both times received outstanding service in a genuine, friendly atmosphere. There are three Honda deal I have bought two cars from this dealership and both times received outstanding service in a genuine, friendly atmosphere. There are three Honda dealerships in my hometown of Knoxville but none compare to Honda of Cleveland! Travis Capehart does a great job both at the time of the sale and with follow up after the sale! Very willing to help in any way possible, friendly, knowledgeable and just good people. We have recently both had our '09 Honda Accord serviced and just this weekend bought a '16 Accord LX.
