As an African American female I felt very offended coming to this dealership when I spoke with Brandon Cooke I was inquiring about leasing a 2026 ford Bronco stating I have a paid off car and a 634 credit sc to this dealership when I spoke with Brandon Cooke I was inquiring about leasing a 2026 ford Bronco stating I have a paid off car and a 634 credit score. I was quickly turned away without any probing questions with Brandon stating if I don’t have a 720 credit score a co signer and thousands to put down he can’t help me and stated my monthly payments will be around 650 a month. I end up leaving and going to another ford dealership and met with a dealer that actually helped me and asked the right questions. I had a paid off ford vehicle, money to put down, A plan details, ADP stubs showing steady income and everything else needed for me to drive away in a 2026 ford bronco with my monthly around $520 and was in and out the dealership in no time. Very disappointed in my experience at ford Taylor and would not recommend. More
