Have no idea haven’t heard a thing about my car I’ve been calling for 5 days on my vehicle left 4 messages between 3 different people plus front end staff to hand deliver to service staff about upda I’ve been calling for 5 days on my vehicle left 4 messages between 3 different people plus front end staff to hand deliver to service staff about updating me on my vehicle Nd have still heard nothing. I have now received this survey form free my car being in for 5 days and not having any information passed on to me or even being updated on my vehicle. I have no idea how things are going and am now needing to drive the 90 minutes one way just to get an answer on my vehicles status since nobody will return any calls. More

Personalized ad friendly service I came in with a battery keyfob issue and was completely satisfied with the service team’s efforts to troubleshoot the issue as it was the second time I came in with a battery keyfob issue and was completely satisfied with the service team’s efforts to troubleshoot the issue as it was the second time in two weeks that the issue arose. I feel they went the extra mile for me and even gave my car a vacuum and wash! More
