If I could give 0 stars I would. Also I wish I had read the reviews before I utilized this business. Now, I will begin by stating I purchased a 2024 Chey Malibu from this dealership Also I wish I had read the reviews before I utilized this business. Now, I will begin by stating I purchased a 2024 Chey Malibu from this dealership in February. Immediately after purchase I started getting emails asking me to review and rate the dealership knowing that I would be happy because I purchased a new car. However I do not rate a business until I form some kind of relationship with it. My 1st experience was an oil change and it went decent. Then on 7/12 I called the service department to let them know my reverse camara for my 2024 chevy malibu is not working properly. They scheduled me an appointment for 7/19. On 7/18 at around 10 a.m. I called to see how long I should expect to have my car looked at. I was told I will have to drop it off. I explained to them I am not a resident of Murfreesboro so this is the reason I am inquiring about the length of time. Then I was told they will speak with my service representative to get an answer to my question and they will call me back. At about 5 p.m. I missed the call back with no voice mail. I immediately returned the call. The phone said she had no idea who called me. Then transferred me to a number to which I was left on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and it seemed to me the phone representative got annoyed with me by her tone on the phone and progressed to everyone else I spoke with. After this I got someone on the service rep on the phone who told me I will have to drop my car off on Friday 7/19 but they will not be able to service my car until Monday. Also I was told they will not be able to accommodate me with a loaner car. Leaving me extremely disappointed and sorry I used this dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Finally I am considering to using another dealership for service. More

I had an appointment set for 11am and it took over 2 hours for my car to get two simple routine services done. On top of the amount of time that it took, I had asked to get both of my headlights changed hours for my car to get two simple routine services done. On top of the amount of time that it took, I had asked to get both of my headlights changed and when I picked up my car, they told me they only did one because the other one wasn’t out even though I had asked for both to be changed. Lastly, I have called back to discuss this with someone and no one will return my phone calls More

Has ok service, but the last 2 oil services have found they reset the original configuration of door locks and such. Its very irritating because my wife has to get me to set everything back up to our pref they reset the original configuration of door locks and such. I see why this dealership goes away free oil changes when you buy the vehicle it just keep on putting you off to get them done had an issue with my vehicle a while back took it in they corrected the issue th you buy the vehicle it just keep on putting you off to get them done had an issue with my vehicle a while back took it in they corrected the issue there was supposed to have done the oil change and the tire rotation but I was sold by a particular person and service that they forgot to do it no problem I'll bring it back I was also told that Saturdays was pretty much just for the oil changes to bring it in at any time they would take care of it well again I came back to the dealership and they said I had a 2-hour wait I should have made an appointment so who knows what's going on there My name is George Lockwood More
