I took it in for a recall, to add the heating element to the heated steering bf wheel that has been backordered for almost 2 years and to repair windshield washer reservoir that was under warranty. Fixed th the heated steering bf wheel that has been backordered for almost 2 years and to repair windshield washer reservoir that was under warranty. Fixed the recall, fixed the windshield washer issue but left a part under the hood (my husband located and removed) and have created a jaw clenching rattle instead. Heating element was ordered but a month later I’m still waiting for it to be fixed. Not impressed. More

The Dealership is really clean, spacious and well laid out. The Staff is Amazing, from Reggie that handled all my needs to Steve that did my new car education. Service was. excellent. I called from my office to make appt because dash indicators were saying Check Engine, etc., and they got me in that afternoon. I was ac excellent. I called from my office to make appt because dash indicators were saying Check Engine, etc., and they got me in that afternoon. I was actually greeted by my service writer, he explained issue, made arrangements for a loaner, so I could get back to work while they made repair. They actually finished quicker than promised. This experience is the best I have had with Randy Marion Service in almost four years if owning this GMC. I will now give them chance to do regular maintenance again. I had totally been unimpressed with the Mooresville Express and Chevy service locations (3-hour oil changes even with appt), Good job! More
