Usually easy to schedule an appointment without a long waiting period. Services are usually done in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting area is nice with plenty of places to sit and even a couple of work waiting period. Services are usually done in a reasonable amount of time. This appointment was wonderful, dealing with a young man at the service desk . However the appointment prior was not so great! The young lady I dealt with was rude and not very helpful at all! Hyundai was a at the service desk . However the appointment prior was not so great! The young lady I dealt with was rude and not very helpful at all! Hyundai was always top notch in my books, but it appears with people like this young lady Hyundai is going down hill! I took my buisness elsewhere ! I have been a loyal customer with the purchase of 4 cars over the years! Sad to see it decline in customer service with employees like her! More
