I was surprised how upper management clutched their pearls when I suggested the car dealership might be sneaky with the add ons. Instead of listening and trying to understand, they were defensive and d pearls when I suggested the car dealership might be sneaky with the add ons. Instead of listening and trying to understand, they were defensive and dismissive. Seems highly suspect. I'm still not sure if it was just another gimmick or if I just hurt their poor wittle fee-wings. I must admit they did as I thought they should in the end, but certainly not in the manner I would have expected. I think some de-escalation training could be helpful. More

Found the truck online and called the dealership. Everyone I talked to was very polite and I was able to take a look at the truck that same day. The last thing they want to do is screw someone over on a car so they work really hard to help you in any way they can. Any vehicles In the future will 100% be bought from them! Ps. They sent us a very sweet letter which really showed us how much they care about their customers! More
