The finance mgr John was absolutely terrible. rude, violent, and angry. After the sale was complete and I drove off the showroom he called me to say he made a $4,000 mistake. He told me I "must" rude, violent, and angry. After the sale was complete and I drove off the showroom he called me to say he made a $4,000 mistake. He told me I "must" come back to the showroom to resign papers at the new numbers. I drove back from out east, costing me 1 hr. When I got the he demanded my signature or he will cancel the deal. I requested an $11.00 per month adjustment to compensate me for my time and aggravation. When he said no, I decided to leave the showroom. He followed me out to the parking lot where he physically attacked me and ripped my paperwork out of my hands. I violently fell to the ground, when he called two more employees to help him block my car and prevent me from leaving. On of those employees identified himself as the sales manager. Another was a 50yo man 5'5" 140 lbs. The sales manager and I called 911. When the police arrived, a man named Ray who identified himself as the owner or General manager brought some civility to his staff. Once heads cooled down a bit Ray gave me the $11.00 per month credit and consented to the new deal costing me a net of +$110 per month extra. The Policeman on the scene PO Ennis # 7019 wrote up a police report file # CC25C0694787. Officer Ennis was kind enough to wait and safely walk me to my car so I could leave without being attacked. I will now review my options for rectifying this. More

Should be called bait and switch town! !! Dirty and dishonest. Don’t believe a word in the ads. They tried adding in a $600 dealer admen fee and a whopping $1,295 reconditioning charge. !! It’s a cheap detail that all dealers should do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More
