Brandon Powell is an amazing sales guy! He handled my indecisive self like a champ and never showed any frustration. I have taken my Grand Cherokee in for 3 services .. 2 of them Ms Teresa from Statesboro handled me she knows her job and keeps the maintenance dept running and in line! I wanted to deal with local folks even though the pricing of the Jeep was about $1500 higher than other dealers in larger markets. Brandon handled my order in November. He entered the Jeep into the system and at the end of February, the car was delivered to the dealer. I was impressed with Brandon's knowledge of Jeeps and why I designed my car the way I did. He asked questions, and made suggestions, but was low-key and did not try to upsell me to accessories I don't need. Brandon has followed up and kept me posted throughout the process. I would rate Brandon a five. My experience with other members of the dealership has not been as good as with Brandon. While professional, I didn't feel like they were as friendly as they could be. Maybe it's me. When you spend $43,000 and don't negotiate the price, you would think some of the others I came into contact with would at least make an effort to be a little more personable. You expect that when you place an order in a fast food restaurant drive-thru, the person taking the order just to get it right. They don't have to be particularly friendly. Maybe the way modern dealerships work today is since you are placing your order on the internet, they don't have to be as friendly. Not sure. But that's why the dealer rated a four and Brandon a five. Hopefully, when I go to get my free service (oil change) I will have a good experience with the service department. More
