Price was reasonable, questions were answered, estimated time for service was met, customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. One disappointment was the posting at the service desk saying that future payments by credit card are going to be assessed an additional fee, which I think is unreasonable. More

I visited Dorsch Ford east on 11/27 for an oil change and transmission service. From the time I pulled in to the time I left, I had exceptional service! I have been taking our vehicle to this service s and transmission service. From the time I pulled in to the time I left, I had exceptional service! I have been taking our vehicle to this service station for 2 years and have never had a complaint about the service or an employee. During this service I had Jonathon Sratton and I can’t recommend him enough!!! Thank you Jonathon and the entire Dorsch Ford east employees for the terrific service! More
