I went in for an oil change, and within a week, all the oil leaked out and ruined my driveway. Service Manager George Rigo responded quickly to fix the car and promised to clean the driveway stains. George stayed in contact with me multiple times a week for months trying to fix it. While I appreciate his effort and believe he did his best, a simple driveway remedy should never take several months. The real issue was upper management. I reached out to the General Manager, Brendan Grier for help, but was ignored. I finally had to contact the Herb Chambers Corporate office to get this resolved. George deserves credit for his customer service, but General Manager Brendan Grier completely failed to handle this situation. More

After several conversations stating what model, trim & price I wanted, they decided to "accept" my offer only to pull a bait and switch after I arrived at the dealer and tell me it was for another trim. Low and behold when as I was out and on my way there they emailed me confirming the "wrong trim". When I arrived and had no idea & I was met condesencion. I never felt pressured into making a decision, it was all very conversational, working at my own pace. Nick brought in members of the finance team to help me get my numbers where I needed to get them. I love the car I ended up buying and a big part of my decision was the excellent service that I received at Herb Chambers. I’m looking forward to returning for years to come as I service the new vehicle over time. I’ll probably be back within 6-12 months to shop for a car for the wife as well. I visited three other dealerships in my quest for my perfect vehicle.
