Honest, straightforward, outstanding experience I normally do not post reviews but must in this case. I was in search for an M3 CS and contacted dealerships all across the country but only one, BMW I normally do not post reviews but must in this case. I was in search for an M3 CS and contacted dealerships all across the country but only one, BMW of West St. Louis, were able to accept my offer. Linzie was very upfront from the beginning and there was never any pressure during the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and a true professional. Since I was in NJ, he kept me posted the whole way from the time the car left the dealership to when I received it. What makes this even better is even after I received the car, Linzie stayed in touch to see how everything was with the car. Now that's going above and beyond any other client advisor I've dealt with in our past. More

Quality staff and service I have purchased 3 BMWs from them the last few years. Only dealer to offer a lifetime warranty on their BMWs. Revived my Faith in Car Salesmen! I was looking to buy my daughter a sweet 16 present that went sideways fast at the MERC dealership. After that horrid experience with a local Mercedes Dealership Went to BMW of West St.Louis. I entered the dealership with disgust and disdain, and looking to get the same lack of service. Boy was I wrong. Adam Ishac and Linzie Foster took great care of me. They did not rush me nor did they judge me by attire or "looking for a fight" demeanor. Not only did I buy my daughter a car, but I treated myself to a new 7 series as well. But my story does not end there. In my disgust with the Mercedes service, I attempted to trade in my lease for my wife's GLS. Adam, Linzie, and Brent would Not let me do it. I was too upside down and their words were they could not with good conscious let me loose that much money. Looking after my wealth has just gained BMW of West St. Louis a Customer for Life. Thank you Adam, Linzie and Brent!!! More
